Meat processing refers to the slaughter, cutting, packaging, and sometimes further preparation of meat for consumption. 


Book an appointment with us.

Deliver your live animal on your scheduled date.

Fill out a cut sheet to specify how the meat should be processed (roasts, steaks, ground, etc.).


A cut sheet is a form used to indicate your preferred cuts, thicknesses, packaging, and portion sizes. It helps the processor understand how to break down your animal.


Average processing takes:

  • Beef: 2–3 weeks (includes hanging/aging time) 
  • Pork: 1 week
  • Venison: 1-2 weeks

Processing times may vary depending on our facility workload.


Aging allows enzymes to break down muscle tissue, improving tenderness and flavor.


All cuts are vacuum sealed.  All ground products are packaged in tubes.


  • Beef: 60–65% of hanging weight
  • Pork: 65–75% of hanging weight
  • Sheep: 65–75% of hanging weight
